One Mother's Thanks

I'd like to thank the family Relief Nursery in Cottage Grove for excellent services. I have been truly relieved by the help given to my son. He is now 21 months old and has enjoyed the time playing at the nursery with Cindy, Tanya and Sarah.
The day I firs called the nursery for help I was past the end of my rope and couldn't find sufficient help to car for my toddler. I'm an exhausted single mother, trying to return to work and thankfully I had heard of the nursery.
Colleen, the director, came to my house within two hours and interviewed me. Just her presence gave me hope of help. I couldn't afford to pay any more baby-sitting and prayed for my son to be accepted to the program.
I had no car and the bus came our to take us to the nursery, I remember first meeting a very happy Tanya that day. I was given encouragement and treated as a normal mother inside. Phone calls to invite me to classes and dinners came and we were even picked up in the bus. I was very isolated, living alone, and the transportation was almost incredible to me. That part of the program is vital.
I was later given donations of diapers when I had no money and wonderful parties to attend. The staff clearly cares and knows what they're doing. I can't thank them enough for loving my boy. He became at ease and quickly looked forward to going to the nursery. In a time when I felt at wit's end, the Family Relief Nursery gave me and my son such hope and fun and time for me to work extra hours. The knowledgeable caregivers taught my boy and me to shine up our stars and throw them up to the sky!
